Description:

This building at 380 Riverside Drive, NYC, was the proposed living quarters for retirees, missionaries, etc., fraudulently promoted by Ruth Forsberg. It was later dissolved by Attorney General of the state of New York and placed in the hands of a receiver. Assemblies of God ministers in the New York-New Jersey District, who served on the board of directors, were also deceived by Ms. Forsberg.
